Fringe goes festive as entries open for 2018

Press Release December 11th 2017 For immediate release

Buxton Festival Fringe celebrated being open for entries for 2018 at a party featuring Derbyshire Village Carols at The Green Man Gallery on December 9th. Kaleidoscope choir leader Carol Bowns organised an afternoon rehearsal followed by group singing at the party in the evening. Fringe Chair Keith Savage said he hoped the carols evening would become an annual tradition and urged party-goers to sing out in the knowledge that if they went wrong it was “not a mistake but a regional variation”. He also looked forward to a host of new entries for “England’s biggest summer fringe”.
